We are accepting applications for the upcoming school year in the following cities: Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Temecula and Murrietta. The ideal candidate

is computer literate (all route assignments, route changes, payroll & daily communication is done through the internet)
is clean cut
has great people skills
has a very clean driving record
does not have a criminal record (if you do, don't apply!)
must agree to ALL initial & continuing background, drug screening & driving tests

Be aware that:

It is possible to work only the AM or PM shifts
Routes can be split with a neighbor or friend

Driver Safety Screenings

You've heard the saying "Don't mess with Texas" when it comes to trash. Well we run a very tidy operation here and we don't mess around with safety. Each and every candidate will undergo the following checks:

Drug testing
DMV / Driving History Check
Criminal History Check
Sex Offender Database Check
Personal Driving Test by qualified Instructor
All of the above checks are performed before hiring AND randomly throughout employment. Drivers must recertify on a periodic basis.

In additional applicants must be able to meet all of the following criteria:

25 years of age minimum
Normal schedule will have split hours:
Example: 7-9 11-1 3-4
Weekly hours 10-27
Current Valid California drivers license
Class B endorsement required
8 years driving experience
5 years verifiable employment
(yes, stay at home parent counts)
References: 3 minimum
Must have liability insurance issued in the State of California in your name that meets the minimum state requirements
